Group Assistant Food and Beverage Director – Luxury Hotel Group Location: London HQ with international travel Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonus This Company is a well-established, hotel group with multiple properties Internationally, and a clear customer base. They are looking for an astute yet dynamic Group Assistant F&B Director to help support the on-site F&B Managers and Directors to ensure the quality of the F&B offerings whilst also supporting the development of new concepts. We are looking for an individual who is passionate, hands-on and will be able to lead the teams whilst acting as a mentor. You’ll also need to be someone who isn’t afraid of getting involved and liaising with individuals of all levels across the business.
