Key Duties and Responsibilities: To perform general cleaning duties in all internal areas of the Group’s corporate office premises according to the routine of frequency directed by the facilities coordinator. These include the cleaning of floors, floor coverings, wash basins, toilets, sinks, furnishing, fittings and other items. To carry out washing up of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and to load and empty the dishwashers. Ensure that internal areas and all public areas of office premises are kept clean, tidy and accessible at all times. Ensure that all public areas of building are kept clean, tidy and free of obstacles Ensure that equipment is maintained and is in good working order and report any broken items to line manager Maintain records as required To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibilities of the post. Participate in the group’s personal review and development plan Comply with the group’s IT security, equal opportunities, customer care, data protection and health hand safety policies Undertake any additional training considered relevant to the performance f the duties of this post and in furtherance of the group’s objectives Adopt a corporate coordinated and co-operative approach.
