Inspired Homecare is looking for a full-time scheduling coordinator for their busy home health agency located in Tempe, AZ. This person will provide reliable coordination of client care by scheduling direct care staff. Highlights: Full Time 8am-5:30pm Benefits after 30 days Salary based on applicant's experience Scheduling Coordinators Responsibilities: Assign client visits to direct care staff, assist with changes in staff schedules and reassign clients appropriately Process appropriate employee updates, Client-related Tasks and Coordination Notes in Point of Care system. Runs daily reports, checks orders and follows up as needed Responsible for preparing, processing and submitting payroll Provide general administrative support, answering phones, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies.... May be asked to work after "work" hours and weekend on-call Other duties as assigned Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications Basic knowledge of office administration and computer knowledge Excellent interpersonal relations, exceptional telephone and problem-solving skills Knowledge of common medical terminology Read, write, speak, and understand instructions in order to perform all tasks Associates degree preferred or relevant experience
