A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES ASSOCIATE - FRONT DESK AGENT As a Sales Associate - Front Desk Agent at Rockbox Fitness, you play a critical role in the success of our business. You greet customers as they enter the gym, provide tours of our facility, answer questions about our services, and help prospective members sign up for memberships. Excellently trained in our sales process and our unique approach to fitness, you can confidently guide customers through the decision-making process. You make outbound calls each day, following up on leads we've received. Additionally, if a customer comes to you with any questions, you answer with ease. You love helping our clients live better! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES ASSOCIATE - FRONT DESK AGENT Outbound call experience Peer-to-peer sales experience Are you a high-energy person with a positive attitude? We are seeking someone who is extremely kind and friendly. Additionally, this position needs to be filled by a person who is determined and self-motivated. If you have wonderful people skills and the ability to negotiate, we need you for this customer service position!
