Under general supervision, but in conformance with established policies and procedures, provides a variety of customer service functions, such as processing checking accounts, savings accounts, and loan transactions; cashing checks, selling cashier checks, and processing mail, maintaining account records as well as other frontline customer duties. Is responsible for providing a high quality of customer service, cross-selling bank services, and balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals. Assists with balancing the branch's daily activities and totals.Position Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Successful completion of in-house training program (if available) or other approved training program.Good oral and written communication skills and be able to operate standard office equipment such as computer, adding machine, copier, and fax.Excellent interpersonal skills.
