This property has been host of prestigious guests and it has been a leader in the Amsterdam hotel market for many years. As an Assistant Chief Engineer, you will ensure quick reparations or planned maintenance is done to always ensure the best experience for their guests. If you are interested on being part of the team and the incredible history of this hotel, this is an exceptional opportunity for you: What will you do: Responsible for the maintenance of the building Perform daily checks around the hotel Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customer Managing requests promptly, effectively, respectfully and with a caring attitude Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel Implement and direct all emergency programs What you bring: Previous experience as a Shift Engineer or Assistant Engineer in a hotel or a similar setting Good understanding of plantroom equipment for example, HVAC systems, Fire alarm, and sprinkler installationinteractionperience with BMS - PRIVA would be ideal Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing experience is desired, or someone who is strong in any of the mentioned fields Enjoy managing a team of engineers You have a good understanding of different types of building materials, including the application to be able to carry out purchasing of these materials.
