Providing support regarding income and administration to clients within a defined geographical location. Ensuring all KPI’s are met and exceeded including income collection and void management. Working to support the wider team to ensure the organisations reaches income and occupancy targets. Working Hours: This is a Monday to Friday office-based role, offering a stable and consistent schedule. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience in dealing with customer queries Confident and team player Experience of Housing Management duties. Experience of working with vulnerable people.
