Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Caribbean Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 + Housing Allowance + Benefits + Work Permit + Home leave Location: Turks & Caicos Renowned for its luxury estate developments, our client is currently searching for a driven individual to fill the role of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. If you're enthusiastic about delivering exceptional dining experiences and contributing to a dynamic team, get in touch Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure staff performance meets or exceeds expectations Assist in developing and updating menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and cost considerations Assist in managing food and beverage budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability Ideal Assistant Food and Beverage Manager: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a similar industry, preferably in a similar assistant manager position Caribbean experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendorinteractioncellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
