The Role - Social Media Assistant: This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the company’s growth in audience, website traffic, sales, event and client partnerships, and brand awareness. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the primary responsibility of the role will be publishing in-house editorial content across our social media accounts. You will also be involved in planning, scheduling, and monitoring our social media activity, and some management of our social media accounts. This is not a remote or hybrid role. The position is based in our Norwich office, providing a collaborative working environment and significant day-to-day autonomy. Person Specification: A minimum of 6 months recent experience in a similar role or position. A passion for B2B, B2C, and travel industry social media Detailed understanding and experience of at least 3 Linked In, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other social media platforminteractionperience of Microsoft OS and Windows applications Ability to think imaginatively with content creation Critical thinking and problem-solving.
