With a total of 140 rooms spread across our accommodation facilities, we are dedicated to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our students. Job Description: As a Student Accommodation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our student accommodation is well-maintained and conducive to a positive living experience. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with minor maintenance tasks, such as carrying items to rooms and ensuring they are properly set up. Labelling and laminating items for room organization and aesthetic enhancement. Putting up pictures and decorations to create a pleasant and homely atmosphere. Inducting new students to their rooms and providing them with essential information about the accommodation facilities. Requirements: While prior experience is not necessary, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities: A positive " can do" attitude and willingness to take on various tasks. Friendly demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students. Enthusiasm for creating a comfortable and welcoming living space for students.
