Our Shift Leaders are hands on managers, working side by side with our team members and leaders to help foster teamwork and create a best in class experience for each and every guest. We are seeking a manager that has the demonstrated ability to lead a great team in a fun and fast-paced environment, as well as manage the labor, inventory, quality, safety and productivity of our restaurant - all in accordance with our weekly and monthly goals/objectives. Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager very helpful to your success at this job. Requirements/Responsibilities Requirements include:1-3 years management experience (restaurant management a plus)Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holderDemonstrated ability to lead, recognize, and engage successful talent and build strong teamsExcels at communicating effectively with your team and guestsThrives in a fast-paced work environment and ability handle stressful situations well.Positive attitudeLoves serving and helping others and values teamworkDemonstrates our Core 4ValuesExcitement to learn and take initiativeWilling and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in drive-thru)Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager very helpful to your success at this job.
