Responsibilities: As an Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate, your responsibilities will include: Engaging with community members through various outreach channels, including events, meetings, and online platforms. Educating the community about our organization's mission, programs, and initiatives. Collaborating with team members to develop and implement outreach strategies to reach target audiences effectively. Assisting in planning and organizing outreach events, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities. Collecting feedback and insights from community interactions to inform program improvements and future outreach efforts. Maintaining accurate records of outreach activities and community interactions for reporting purposes. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need: No prior experience required; enthusiasm and a passion for community engagement are essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving outreach strategies and community needs. Full-time availability with flexibility to work evenings and weekends for outreach events as needed.
