Core Responsibilities * Be the primary point of contact for new vendors throughout the entire recruitment and on:boarding process.* Prospect, qualify and close vendor commitment to selling to Amazon in order to achieve targets.* Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of your vendors.* Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion BENEFITS working with Grandys *Base salary, 3 bonus programs plus national contest incentives.*Internet, cell phone and car allowance.*Complete insurance coverage : medical, dental, vision, life.*401(k) with grandysmatch.*Generous paid time off.*Tuition reimbursement. Basic Qualifications * High school or equivalent* 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the eCommerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries.* Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and influence others without authority.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.* Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.* Proactive attitude, detail:oriented, and a team player.*Proficient in Excel. Preferred Qualifications *Experience in cold calling, prospecting and qualifying sales candidates.*Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.*Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool.
