The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury cases. They should be able to manage their own caseload and handle written discovery, depositions, motions, briefing, and trial preparation. While trial experience is a plus, a keen interest in trying cases is essential. The candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude, courteous demeanor, and a proven track record.
