From assisting with account openings, to serving as a teller, your contributions will be important in ensuring exceptional customer experiences! For candidates seeking professional growth, this position has the potential to evolve into a Personal Banker role as you hone your skills and gain valuable experience in the banking industry. What You'll Do Handle customer financial transactions in a professional and responsive manner by serving as a customer service representative/teller. Determine financial needs of customers and place them in the correct products or services. Opening and closing all types of bank accounts, including deposit accounts and CDs Skills for Success Previous experience in the financial industry and customer service is required. We are open to discussing a Personal Banker position for outstanding candidates whose skills and experience align with our needs. Customer Service: Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Strong Communication: Effectively convey information and present options, and guide customers through banking processes with clarity and professionalism.
