Description:
Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in the Minoa area with a young man providing community habilitation services. He enjoys having a set-schedule and likes to often utilize the memberships that he has to various locales within his community. There are no personal care needs and minimal behavioral support. Community habilitation may be provided both at home and out in the community. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and caring; prior experience with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not necessary. Reliable transportation is required. Training for this individual will be provided by the family with ongoing support provided by the agency supervisor. Hiring currently for Tuesdays from 9:30am to 4pm; come fall, Mondays from 9:30am-4pm will also be available, as he holds a job during the summer on Mondays. The payrate is $19/hr with reimbursement for mileage and the staff's fees for participation in any activities. EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
