Based in Edison, NJ, we are committed to providing superior products and exceptional customer service to our clients.Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and professional Remote Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients.Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our products and services- Manage and schedule appointments for clients and sales team- Process orders and payments accurately- Maintain and update client records and databases- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operationsQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications- Ability to work independently and remotely- Prior experience in the window and door industry is a plusContract Details:This is a full-time, remote position with the possibility of occasional in-person meetings at our Edison, NJ location. The standard work hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
