Who We Are Seeking As the Marketing Director at Left Field Labs, you’ll be responsible for overseeing ourpromotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. Yourresponsibilities will include developing an overall marketing plan, approving campaigns andmeasuring the return on investment of various advertising methods. What You Will Do Increase our agency's growth curve through innovative B2B marketing, and continue to build our employer brand to attract the best talent. Oversee strategy and execution of all aspects of agency marketing strategies Be the champion for our Left Field Labs brand, crafting elite stories, imagery and tone, across our website, social, PR, industry events, executive keynotes, etc. Build Left Field Labs' thought leadership platform. Assist in developing thought leadership materials (blogs, marketing decks, white papers, webinars, talks) Build Left Field Labs' employer brand through innovative content and compelling creative, partnering closely with our HR and recruiting teams Direct and manage speaking engagements, conferences, events and sponsorships Manage email marketing and social media growth Review current marketing trends to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding use strategy of the marketing budget Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards What You’ll Need to be Successful 5-15 years B2B marketing experience (preferably including work at a small/mid-sized marketing agency) Entrepreneurial spirit. Passion for trying new things, working self-directed, and measuring performance Skilled storyteller, able to craft compelling marketing narratives, and able to capture our brand's voice Strong writing skills for thought leadership blogs, social media captions, etc. A love for social media, trends, pop culture and marketing A strong eye for design and great creative Experience with recruitment marketing is a big plus. An understanding of Copper, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite and other tools Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, strategists and client services. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition Ability to lead groups and be decisive Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies Time management and organization in order to meet strict deadlines Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them Proficient with analysis and design software The salary range for this role is $115,000-$150,000. This range is only applicable for jobs tobe performed in Culver City, California. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably andin good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimatelypay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
