Practice Area: Immigration - General,Business Immigration, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 5 Years, A law firm in Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Business Immigration Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience specifically in business immigration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS, and DOJ audits, as well as nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and PERM applications. Duties:Provide legal counsel on business immigration matters to clients.Manage and oversee a wide range of immigration cases, including nonimmigrant (H1B, L-1, TN, O1, etc.) and immigrant visas.Handle PERM applications and labor certification processes.Conduct I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS, and DOJ audits.Represent clients in immigration proceedings before relevant agencies.Advise clients on immigration law compliance and best practices.Develop and implement immigration strategies to meet client objectives.Supervise junior associates and support staff as needed. Requirements:5+ years of experience specifically in business immigration law.Extensive experience with I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS, and DOJ audits.Strong understanding of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes.Proficiency in handling PERM applications and labor certification.Excellent client service and communication skills.Proven ability in case management and productivity.Well-developed organizational skills.Advanced writing and analytical skills.Experience managing a large client base is a plus. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice. Skills:Expertise in business immigration law.Strong understanding of immigration regulations and procedures.Ability to manage and oversee multiple immigration cases simultaneously.Effective communication and client relationship management skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.Leadership skills to supervise junior associates and support staff.
