Practice Area: IP - Litigation General,Data Privacy - Transactional, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 7 Years, A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Cybercrime Enforcement Attorney - Of Counsel to support cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement work within the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement matters.Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings.Represent clients in civil litigation proceedings, focusing on intellectual property litigation.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement strategies.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, in enforcement investigations.Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, focusing on cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement.Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably in intellectual property litigation.Experience conducting internal and government enforcement investigations is preferred.Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission by motion.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications (preferred):Certification in Cybersecurity Law or related field.Skills:Strong legal research and writing skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
