Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact Collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive client experiences and address concerns Lead initiatives to improve processes and strategies for enhanced client retention Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Accounting with a technology minor preferred 4+ years of experience in software implementation and managing key client relationships for SaaS clients Experience in healthcare vertical and knowledge of EMR, patient engagement, medical billing systems
